Well... I should probably say "mostly done". There is the Jack The Ripper expansion story that I haven't played yet, but considering that it's almost a separate game, I thought I'd write about the core game (plus "the last maharaja" missions). So, after I finished Unity I jumped right on to Syndicate (and with the xbox spring sale going on now, I actually picked up Origins...but I think

I came across this comic on Reddit the other day. I both laughed, and wanted to throw a controller at the screen :p While I did want to complete all the option pursuits and co-ops and such, this is one issue that made me want to break the screen :-) Imagine trying to jump (or heck go down and not jump to a 'random' location) and being on a timer. eff this :p

It's been a while since I last played an Assassin's Creed game on a console, owing mostly to the fact that I didn't have a current generation console to play the 'newest' games on. I think the wait was quite worth it, for a few reasons.Assassin's Creed Unity is the next game in the series after Assassin's Creed Rogue. Your main character is Arno Dorian. If you played Rogue you know that

Even though I am 3 games behind in this series (and a whole generation of consoles behind), I am looking forward to eventually playing this game :-). I wonder if we see aliens come down and land/crashland on earth in ancient Egyptian times, or if we're dealing with the the fallout of discovering the ancient artifacts at this period in history :)

Last week on Reddit I came across this image, which makes for an interesting cross over between the Assassin's Creed universe and the Stargate University. The next game in the Assassin's Creed series hits the consoles this fall and (as the name suggests) it goes back to the start of the Assassins (and probably the Templars), and the aliens who posed as gods... The origins take place in Roman

Yesterday, at this year's E3 conference, we got new of the next Assassin's Creed. I guess the rumors (or wild wishes?) from some fans came true: Old Egypt (looks like Roman times) is now the setting of the next game which will chronicle the beginning of the brotherhood. Can't wait! Wonder if it will have an Ancient Aliens vibe ;-)

Last week I headed off to the movie theaters to see the new Assassin's Creed movie, which I have been waiting for with great excitement for a while (now, if only the Splinter Cell movie were to come out soon!). We also went during the day when there were only about 10 of us in the movie theater (seems like a waste, but I did like having more room to spread out, and if I laughed out-loud it wouldn't
