Enlightening but I thought it was a bit imbalanced. The theoretical pieces of the book were very interesting (and dense). I tried getting through these chapters in a manner of days and I don't think I got everything (or at least things seem a little fuzzy at the moment).  That said, they were interesting.  On the other hand the case studies were a little on the 'dull' side. I hate using this word to characterize someone else's research, but the case studies really didn't connect with me.  I guess I felt like there was an aspect of 'you had to be there' in order for something things to really rise up for the level of importance where I would get an "AHA!" moment.  Some good things for my dissertation, and some irrelevant.  Time to move onto my last book (for now).
