I was looking around the web to see if I can find anything on the Leadership in the fictitious universe of Star Trek.  It was more of a tangential thing, a "cool to have" for my leadership portfolio for my EdD course.  Hey, if you can't incorporate pop culture into school, what sort of fun can you have? ;-)  I came across this video from Forbes.  Wonder if there is something out there more "concrete" such as those Starfleet Technical Manuals :-)
