A while back I started working on a historical diagram (like a family tree) for Operating Systems.

I started off with Eric Levenez's UNIX and Windows family trees, added in Unices not present already, added in a more detailed DOS family history....

and then I expanded it to other Operating Systems, as many as I could find...

alas, I ran out of steam :-) . I therefore submit my work, unfinished as it is, and other resources on the web. If you would like to take on the project be my guest :-)

Who knows, maybe one day I can get back and finish this project (or at least add to it since it is a never ending endeavor.
