Well, I far exceeded my anticipated books to-read in 2021, but many of them were comic books :-) I did read a few things for class, and a few other fiction and non-fiction alike for pleasure, but many comics were read.  I had wanted to finish the relaunch Star Trek Voyager series but that didn't happen.  Definitely in 2022!

I guess it's official! I get to be at convocation next year!  Even though I was technically done with my degree in September of 2021, I'll be one of the graduates at next year's convocation, which will again be virtual.  I think that it's definitely a good call to be virtual given the uncertainties of COVID that still exist. To be honest, it's also a big of a weight off my shoulders.

It's been a  while since I've paid attention to the school's seal. I used to see it all the time when I worked for Media Services (in front of podiums, and often engraved in wood), but today I noticed that we have a new design, with our school colors, and our school emblem (the beacon, which is a lighthouse). The previous seals seemed to have been based on the Commonwealth's flag.
