Continuing with my exploration of "the classics" (of two console generations ago), I've been playing Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow. The game originally came out for the original xbox, and I've been playing it on backward compatibility.  I didn't really notice any hickups in the single player game.   The title comes from the main bad guy of the series, Sadono, who calls his sleeper cells

Damn it Fisher!  That's one alarm too many! The mission is over!  Recently I completed the original Splinter Cell - the game that kicked off the series - via backward compatibility on my xbox 360.  I've been wanting to go back and play these games to get the complete story arc of this game series, but on Windows you generally cannot find Pandora Tomorrow (or is it Chaos Theory?)

Over the weekend I decided to just play through the main missions of Splinter Cell Blacklist, which I have been plays for some time now, at least according to Raptr which clocks me in at 46 hours.  I've been trying to go through the side quests first, the Grim, Kobin and Charlie missions, so I can get some extra cash to upgrade my gear, but at the end I decided to just go through the main story

It's been a couple of weeks since I completed the single player missions on Splinter Cell: Conviction (I guess I have to find someone to do co-op missions with now, lol).   My overall impression of the game is fairly positive.  I really liked the game play, it was reminiscent of previous Splinter Cell games, but it did manage to push the envelope a tad bit further (in a good way).
