For the last few months I've been brushing up on my Japanese with the help of japanesepod101.com.
If you are interested in brushing up, or learning Japanese, I recommend them without any hesitation!
There is also ChinesePod.com which does the same but for Mandarin Chinese (something which I intend on starting within the next few months since I have forgotten most of the Chinese I learned in Chinese 101 and 102 at UMass.

Now, I've been thinking...why not start a GreekPod.com? (or something along those lines)
Classical Greek gets a lot of airtime, especially in liberal arts schools, but Modern Greek, the language actually spoken in Greece gets no attention, unless of course you go to a dedicated language school, which can be expensive.

My main problem is storage and bandwidth - I have none.
I can volunteer my time to start and project manage this, but the project would need volunteers for:
1. Website design and maintenance
2. Hosting
3. Voice Actors
4. Help to create lesson plans
5. Help to create PDF notes for each lesson (simple if you are just copying the dialogs from step 4 and briefly explain the vocabulary)

Both ChinesePod and JapanesePod101 have a free and a subscription model. I can't yet wrap my mind around how to pay-for-premium-content might work.
I would prefer to have a donor so that all this stuff can be free, but as the folks at JapanesePod101 found out, it is difficult for find donors that wish to sponsor such things.
