One of the things that I love about my iPod Touch is that with a little two button press I can snap a screenshot of whatever I am doing at that moment. This of course has many useful application like creating instructs on setting up an application, a game, specifying settings for connecting to that proxy and so on. This functionality is something that is really missing in the PSP.

Now you're going to tell me that the PSP is not an iPod and that they are different classes of devices and blah, blah, blaaaaaah. Well you may be right, however I would respond back that because the PSP is a games console it's even more of a reason to have screenshot capability. Let's say you are playing a game and you get stuck - snap a screenshot and post your trouble spot on your blog or your favorite game forum and you may get some help/

Did you achieve a high score? Snap a screenshot and post it and gloat! Of course you can get your digital camera and snap a photo of your PSP's screen, but those photos aren't as snappy as a potential screenshot.

So Sony, get of your posterior and give us some Screenshot capability in the next firmware!
