This comic compilation was fine.  In the game, I don't recall really getting a ton of the backstory for the locusts given that the entirety of the story gets told from the human perspective. As such, I found it a little hard to care a ton about the story in this collection.  Interesting, but...m'eh?  The whole reason seems to bring up why E-Day happened, but didn't we get that through the games? I'm wondering if there's a space in the Gears universe to tell some stories from the side of the locusts, the same way the Halo universe has told stories about the Sangheili side.
