Advances in Research on Networked Learning by Peter Goodyear My rating: 4 of 5 stars An interesting exploration of Networked Learning - despite it being a little dated (from a technology point of view) the chapters are still relevant today in my opinion 😃. I actually came across a few good nuggets of information that I need to track down for my own dissertation work - serendipity

Next week the summer event starts in STO.  Looks like a T6 Vorgon dreadnaught is the main prize (really wish I could get the first two summer ships that I never bothered getting....and not in a Phoenix pack!)

Recently I completed the game Syndicate on the xbox 360 (continuing to make my way though my backlog of games) :-).  The game is based on the game which has the similar name from a little over 20 years ago, by developed BullFrog.  The original syndicate game was a DOS and MacOS game (I am pretty sure it was on the Amiga as well) where the player started their own corporation with

It seems like Netflix  has a Belmont up its sleeve!  Soon (I hope) an anime-style Castlevania series will be hitting Netflix.  I think that this teaser trailer is well done (hope the series is well done too!).  I wonder how they will tackle the lore...

Number one this week in the US is a song I've heard before, so here is #2 (which was last week's #1). That's what I like by Bruno Mars Verdict: Interesting music video.  The R&B doesn't do much for me, but it's not a bad song. Something for the listen-while-drive mix.
