Almost done with my backlog! Yay!  OK, this one I finished the main campaign around June 2023.  I had forgotten that Mortal Kombat 9, 10, and 11 were a trilogy,  so when I started this game I had an "oh yeaaaahhh" feeling as the story seemed to be picking up from where it left off (or at least that was what I thought was happening...)Anyway, from a story plot perspective, here's what

 Admittedly, I don't drink much beer. I used to want to try out new beers a lot more the years before COVID, and in 2021 I decided to take a year off beer (and most alcohol for that matter).  This year I checked into Untappd 77 times, which isn't bad. Some was to drink old favorites, and other times to try out new flavors.

Right after Gears 5, I jumped into the expansion game, titled Hivebusters.  This felt like a short game, but it was rather enjoyable! Here's another review for a game that I finished in August 2022... so a little while ago 😂. Let's see what I remember from this (and the notes from my stub).  Gears of War 5 (Or just "Gears," apparently...) is the second game in a new trilogy?  It's a continuation of Gears of War 4, and it still follows the same group of Kait, JD, and Del (and their robot Jack) on new adventures.

OK, so here's a series to watch if you have yet to see it. It's an American adaptation of a British series of the same name.  I am not always a fan of adaptations, but sometimes the adaptation is on par and even better than the British Original.  I like both versions, but the American version has more episodes available. British seasons only have 6 episodes per season, or 7 if there's a Christmas

[spoiler alert] Adieu to the most disjointed part of the Walking Dead Universe!OK, I don't hate the series, but I generally thought - multiple times - "WTF is going on?"  I honestly felt that they tried to introduce a lot of different kinds of stories and plots, in a way that was, perhaps, more like an anthology series, but the main characters remained the same. I did get the sense that the writers
